Material and Craftsmanship:
The base material consists of a woven fabric made from PP (polypropylene) or HDPE (high-density polyethylene), laminated on the exterior with high-grammage kraft paper (available in white, yellow, or natural colors), and internally paired with a PE barrier film or an aluminum foil barrier layer (either laminated or co-extruded as an inner liner), thereby forming a three- or four-layer composite structure of “kraft paper + woven fabric + high-barrier film.” Bag styles include flat-bottom bags or M-seam bags (optional), with bottom configurations that can be sewn-bottom (requiring sealing strips or liner paper), heat-sealed, or ultrasonically sealed. Sealing method:
