Product Overview: 
This product is a moisture-resistant, PP-woven fertilizer packaging bag with a built-in PE liner, specifically designed for hygroscopic fertilizers such as urea and potash. The outer layer is made of high-strength PP (polypropylene) woven fabric, offering excellent tensile strength and puncture resistance; the inner layer features a composite PE barrier film that effectively prevents water vapor penetration, thereby protecting the fertilizer from caking due to moisture and minimizing nutrient loss. The bag is available in either flat-bottom or valve-style designs and supports custom printing, making it suitable for packaging both granular and powdered fertilizers.

Applicable materials: 
Urea, potash fertilizers (potassium chloride, potassium sulfate), compound fertilizers, phosphate fertilizers, nitrate fertilizers, water-soluble fertilizers, organic fertilizers, bio-organic fertilizers, and other hygroscopic granular or powdered fertilizers.

Heat-sealing bottom process: bottom heat sealing, no pinholes, excellent seal integrity.

Integrated PE liner: the inner bag is laminated or co-extruded with the outer bag, eliminating the risk of delamination and leakage.

Drop Test: 50 kg load dropped from a height of 1.2 meters; no breakage or leakage after six-sided drops.

Moisture-proof mechanism: 
Urea, potash fertilizers, and other fertilizers are highly hygroscopic; when exposed to humid air, they rapidly absorb moisture, leading to caking, pulverization, and nutrient loss. This product leverages the high barrier properties of its PE inner liner to isolate the bag’s internal environment from external moisture, thereby effectively extending the fertilizer’s shelf life.

Custom Printing: 
Printing method: intaglio color printing with lamination, resulting in vibrant colors and excellent abrasion resistance.

Printable content: brand logo, product name, nutrient content (N-P-K), net content, implementation standard number, fertilizer registration certificate number, instructions for use, fertilization recommendations, warning labels (“keep dry,” “protect from sunlight,” “not for chlorine-sensitive crops”), barcode, QR code.

Sealing method (after filling):
