Material and Craftsmanship: 
The base material is woven polypropylene (PP) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE) fabric, with a polyethylene (PE) barrier film laminated to the inner layer—either as a coated film or as a co-extruded liner—forming a double- or multi-layer composite structure of “woven fabric + PE film.” An aluminum foil barrier layer or a kraft paper outer layer can be optionally added to meet varying moisture-barrier requirements and aesthetic preferences. The bag style is flat-bottomed, with bottom options including sewn-in seals (requiring sealing strips or liner paper), heat-sealed bottoms, or ultrasonically sealed bottoms. Printing is carried out using 2- to 7-color gravure color printing with lamination, producing exquisite patterns and vibrant colors; the laminated layer offers water resistance and abrasion resistance, making it ideal for showcasing seed brand identity and variety information.

Sealing method: 
After filling, sealing can be performed according to customer requirements using one of the following methods: stitch-sealing with a bag-sewing machine (requiring sealing strips or liner paper), heat-sealing (requiring an inner bag), ultrasonic sealing (no needle holes, excellent leak-proof performance), or tie-sealing (suitable for small-packaged seeds).

Applicable filling method: 
Suitable for screw fillers, impeller fillers, pneumatic fillers, gravity fillers, trough-belt fillers, seed-specific metering fillers, and manual filling (for semi-automatic or small-batch production lines).

Tensile strength: 
Testing has confirmed that the tensile strength reaches ≥700 N/50 mm, fully meeting the requirements for stacking loads of 1 to 25 kg and for long-distance transportation.

Moisture-proof performance: 
The water vapor transmission rate is reduced by more than 90% (in a laminated structure with an inner bag), effectively preventing seed moisture absorption and mold growth, reducing the germination rate, and extending the shelf life to over 12 months. An optional aluminum foil layer can further reduce the water vapor transmission rate by more than 98%, making it suitable for seeds with extremely high moisture-barrier requirements or for export-grade seeds.

Breathability (optional): 
To meet the respiratory needs of seeds, laser micro-perforation can be employed, with pore diameter and density customizable to strike an optimal balance between moisture resistance and gas permeability. This ensures that seeds remain viable during storage and prevents declines in germination rates caused by oxygen deficiency or carbon dioxide buildup.

Corrosion resistance grade: 
Meets four-star standards and exhibits excellent tolerance to oils and moisture in the seed as well as to the chemical components in the coating agent, such as fungicides, insecticides, and dyes.

Packaging drop test: 
Under a 25 kg load condition, following a 1.2-meter free-fall test, the package remained intact and showed no leakage on all six drop faces.

Printing standards: 
Utilizing solvent-resistant inks, the system achieves a 100% scan-and-recognize rate for barcodes and QR codes, supporting product traceability, variety information retrieval, cultivation guidance, and anti-counterfeiting verification.

Customization Scope: 
Supports multi-color overprinting, enabling the printing of brand logos, variety names, net content, four key quality indicators—purity, fineness, germination rate, and moisture content—along with the applicable standard number, seed production and business license number, variety approval number, testing date, shelf life, place of origin, manufacturer’s name and address, planting instructions, and other relevant information. Additional features include the incorporation of warning labels such as “Moisture-Proof,” “Sunlight-Resistant,” “Do Not Store with Pesticides,” and “Coated Seeds Are Not for Human Consumption,” as well as barcode and QR code areas, designated spaces for anti-counterfeiting labels, metrological markings (e.g., 1 kg, 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, and 25 kg scale lines), environmental recycling symbols, and special warning labels for coated seeds (such as skull symbols or red warning stripes).
