Material and Craftsmanship:
The base material is a woven fabric made of PP (polypropylene) or HDPE (high-density polyethylene), with a composite structure consisting of a PP woven fabric laminated to a PE barrier film (either by lamination or co-extrusion lining). The bag style is a flat-bottom pouch, with options for sewn bottom, heat-sealed bottom, or ultrasonically sealed bottom. Printing is carried out using a 2- to 7-color rotogravure color printing process with lamination, resulting in graphics that are highly resistant to abrasion and to the alkaline corrosion of cement.
Sealing methods: After filling, sealing can be performed using a bag-sewing machine for stitch sealing, heat sealing (requiring an inner liner), tie-sealing, or ultrasonic sealing.
Applicable filling methods: compatible with screw fillers, impeller fillers, pneumatic fillers, gravity fillers, and manual filling (for semi-automatic or small-batch production lines).
Tensile Strength: Testing has confirmed a tensile strength of ≥700 N/50 mm, fully meeting the requirements for stacking loads of 25 to 50 kg and for long-distance transportation.
Moisture-barrier performance: Water vapor transmission rate is reduced by more than 90% (due to the laminated film and inner-bag structure), effectively preventing building-material products such as putty powder from absorbing moisture, caking, or deteriorating during storage, with a shelf life of over six months.
Corrosion resistance rating: Meets five-star standards, exhibiting strong resistance to cement’s alkaline components, gypsum’s acidic components, and various additives.
Packaging drop test: Under a 50 kg load, the package was subjected to a 1.2-meter free fall test, and no cracks or powder leakage were observed on any of the six sides.
Printing standards: Solvent-resistant inks with alkali resistance are used, fully complying with relevant standards for labeling on building-material packaging. Barcode and QR-code scanning and recognition rates reach 100%, supporting product traceability and anti-counterfeiting verification.
Customization Scope:
Supports multi-color overprinting, enabling the printing of brand logos, product names, application instructions, mixing ratio charts, and other content. Warning labels (such as “Moisture-Resistant,” “Drop-Resistant,” “Keep Away from Acids and Alkalis”), barcodes, QR codes, measurement markings (e.g., 20 kg, 25 kg, 40 kg scale lines), and environmental recycling symbols can also be added. Additionally, transparent windows can be incorporated upon request to showcase the contents.
