Full-color laminated printing (high-definition brand presentation):
Utilizing high-precision gravure color printing with lamination, this process achieves a resolution of up to 150 lines per inch, enabling full-color CMYK printing with vibrant hues, smooth gradations, and rich tonal layers. A transparent PE film is applied to the surface to protect the printed design from fading and abrasion. The laminated layer is smooth and dense, preventing liquid water from penetrating and making it resistant to dust adhesion. Text edges remain sharp, and even small fonts remain clearly legible. An optional UV-resistant formulation is available to ensure no color fading when stored outdoors.
Printable content includes brand visuals (brand logo in gradient or spot colors, brand colors, and brand slogan), product information (product name, active ingredients and their concentrations, net content), compliance labels (implementation standard number, production license number, approval registration number), instructions for use (addition ratios, application methods, precautions), traceability identifiers (barcodes and QR codes for scan-based traceability), warning labels (moisture-proof label, sun-protection label, veterinary-use label), background graphics (feed or animal motifs, factory实景, quality-certification icons), as well as special effects such as localized UV coating, gold foil stamping, and matte–gloss zoning.
PE-lined moisture barrier (high-barrier):
The inner layer features a high-barrier PE liner with a water vapor transmission rate of no more than 2.5 g/m²·24h and an oxygen transmission rate of no more than 20 cm³/m²·24h·0.1 MPa, effectively preventing moisture absorption and oxidation of feed additives and extending the shelf life to over 18 months. An optional aluminum foil liner is available, reducing the water vapor transmission rate to no more than 0.5 g/m²·24h, making it suitable for high-value additives with extremely stringent moisture-proof requirements.
Material and Craftsmanship:
The outer layer is made of PP polypropylene woven fabric, with a full-color PE film laminated on the surface to serve as a high-definition printing protection layer. The inner layer consists of a high-barrier PE liner film for moisture and oxygen barrier, creating a three-layer composite structure. Bag styles can be selected according to requirements, including flat bags, M-seal bags, or square-bottom valve bags. For the bottom style, heat-sealed bottoms are recommended; ultrasonic sealing is also an option. Printing is carried out using a high-precision gravure color printing and lamination process, with full-color reproduction at 150 lines per inch.
Tensile strength:
Testing has confirmed that the tensile strength exceeds 700 newtons per 50 millimeters, enabling it to support a load of 25 kilograms.
Packaging drop test:
Under a 25 kg load condition, the product passed a 1.2-meter free-fall test with no breakage or material leakage after being dropped on all six sides.
Sealing method:
After filling, heat-sealing is recommended, combined with heat sealing to a PE liner for excellent seal integrity. Alternatively, ultrasonic sealing, needle-free sealing, or stitch-sealing using a bag-sewing machine with an additional sealing strip may be used.
Applicable filling method:
Compatible with screw fillers, impeller fillers, pneumatic fillers, gravity fillers, and manual filling (in cleanroom environments).
Packaging specifications:
The standard bag weight is 25 kg, with custom options available for 10 kg or 20 kg, among others. Bag dimensions are tailored to the specified fill weight and customer requirements. Available bag styles include flat-bottom bags, M-seam bags, and square-bottom valve bags. Heat-sealed bottoms are recommended; ultrasonic sealing is also an option. The standard liner thickness ranges from 50 to 80 microns, with customization available upon request.

First, we confirm the material type, fill weight, and brand positioning; then, based on the filling method, we recommend the most suitable pouch style. After the client provides the brand’s visual identity guidelines and print-ready artwork, we arrange high-precision digital proofing for approval. Once functional options such as moisture-barrier liners, laminates, anti-slip features, and vent valves are confirmed, we proceed with full-scale production, which typically takes 7 to 15 days. Finally, we ship according to the agreed delivery schedule and settle the invoice upon successful acceptance.
