This product is a heavy-duty PP woven fertilizer bag made from high-quality, virgin polypropylene resin, specifically designed for packaging high-capacity chemical and compound fertilizers. The thickened woven construction delivers exceptional strength, capable of supporting a 50 kg load. UV-resistant and anti-aging additives are incorporated to effectively extend the bag’s service life during outdoor storage and transportation. Available in flat-pocket or M-edge styles, the bags can be customized with standard printing or full-color printing and lamination, making them ideal for bulk packaging of various chemical and compound fertilizers.

Even after multiple handling operations and long-distance transportation, the bag remains intact, with no tears or material leakage.
High load capacity: 50 kg:
Specifically designed for a 50 kg capacity, this bag has been optimized across the board—from raw-material formulation to weaving technology—to meet high-load requirements. The bag body ensures even load distribution, with reinforced stitching at the bottom and no weak points at critical stress locations. Testing has shown that, under a 50 kg load, the bags can be stacked 8 to 10 layers high without rupture or deformation of the bottom layer, fully satisfying the stacking requirements for agricultural-input storage and transportation.
UV-resistant and anti-aging:
This product is manufactured with the addition of UV-stabilizing agents and anti-aging additives, which effectively absorb or block ultraviolet radiation, thereby slowing the degradation and aging of PP materials under sunlight. As a result, the woven bags are resistant to embrittlement, discoloration, and chalking; even when stored outdoors or exposed to direct sunlight during long-distance transportation, they maintain excellent mechanical properties. This makes them suitable for a wide range of applications, including outdoor display of fertilizers at agricultural supply stores, exposure to high temperature and high humidity inside shipping containers during long-haul ocean transport, storage in unshaded outdoor conditions, and multiple handling and transshipment stages from the factory to farmers’ fields.
Corrosion resistance:
PP polypropylene material exhibits excellent chemical stability and outstanding resistance to the acidic and alkaline components, salts, urea, and other constituents found in fertilizers. Even with prolonged exposure to corrosive fertilizer granules, the bag body remains free from softening, embrittlement, or leakage. The reinforced, thickened woven structure further enhances the redundancy of its corrosion-resistant performance.
Material and Craftsmanship:
The outer layer is made of thickened PP polypropylene woven fabric, with UV stabilizers and anti-aging additives. Bag styles available include flat pockets or M-edge bags. The bottom features a reinforced, double-needle stitched seam. Printing options include standard gravure printing in one or two colors, as well as full-color offset printing with lamination.
Bag type selection:
Flat pouches feature a simple structure and low cost, with small storage volume when empty, making them well-suited for manual filling and semi-automatic filling lines. M-seam pouches are formed into a three-dimensional shape; after filling, the pouch maintains a neat, square profile, offering improved stacking stability, and are ideal for large-scale automated filling lines as well as brand customers with high aesthetic requirements for palletized packaging.
Sealing method:
After filling, the bags are sealed with a stitch-sealing machine using double-needle reinforced stitching for a secure, non-loosening seal. Optional sealing strips or liner papers can be added to further enhance moisture and leak resistance.

Compatible with screw fillers, impeller fillers, gravity fillers, chute belt fillers, and manual filling.
Moisture resistance:
This product features a no-lamination, no-liner design, resulting in only moderate moisture resistance. For enhanced moisture protection, a PE lamination layer or a PE liner can be optionally added. Laminated versions reduce water vapor transmission by more than 90%, effectively preventing fertilizer from absorbing moisture and caking.
Printing options:
Standard printing utilizes gravure printing, available in single- or two-color formats, with simple yet crisp designs and low plate costs, making it ideal for large-volume orders and cost-sensitive customers. It can be used to print essential information such as brand names, product names, manufacturer details, and safety warnings. Full-color laminated printing, on the other hand, employs high-precision gravure printing combined with a surface lamination process, resulting in vivid, vibrant, and durable prints that resist wear and fading—making it well-suited for brand-building initiatives and export markets.
Packaging specifications:
The standard bag capacity is 50 kg. Recommended bag dimensions are 750 × 550 mm or 800 × 600 mm, with custom sizes available upon request. Bag styles include flat-bottom bags and M-seam bags. The bottom is reinforced with double-needle stitching.
UV Aging Resistance Test:
According to accelerated aging tests, this product formulated with UV-stabilizing additives maintains a tensile strength retention rate of over 85% after 90 consecutive days of outdoor exposure, whereas conventional woven bags without such additives exhibit a tensile strength retention rate of less than 50% under the same conditions and show noticeable embrittlement and chalking.
Environmental Compliance:
The product is manufactured using virgin PP material, with no recycled content added, and is fully recyclable. Export certification is available.
