Square-Bottom Valve for Automated Filling:
This product features a square-bottom valve bag design, specially developed for automated filling production lines. The valve is a pre-formed sleeve structure that fits tightly with the filling nozzle during operation. After filling, the nozzle retracts, and the valve closes automatically under the pressure of the bag's contents, requiring no manual sewing or heat sealing. During the valve filling process, material flows through a closed channel, minimizing dust leakage, improving the working environment in the filling area, and reducing material loss.

Customization Scope:
Dimensions (length, width, and bottom width) can be customized according to filling weight. Valve specifications (length and diameter) can be tailored to the filling nozzle. Printing supports single-color standard printing, with custom text content, font, and layout. Thickness (woven fabric weight) can be adjusted as needed. Optional PE lamination or PE inner liner can be added for moisture protection.

Suitable for Gypsum/Putty Powder Packaging:
This product is optimized for the characteristics of powdered building materials such as gypsum powder and putty powder. It is made of PP woven fabric with high weaving density and adequate weight, offering excellent tensile strength and puncture resistance, effectively resisting abrasion and puncturing by powder particles during filling and handling.

Moisture Resistance:
This product is designed without lamination or inner liner, providing general moisture resistance. Gypsum powder and putty powder are sensitive to moisture; if exposed, they may cake, harden, and lose effectiveness. For long-term storage or use in high-humidity environments, it is recommended to opt for PE lamination or a PE inner liner.

Valve Specifications:
Valve length is generally 80–120mm, and valve diameter is customized according to the filling nozzle size. Valve position options include center valve or offset valve. The valve is integrally formed with the bag body, with no risk of delamination or detachment. After filling, the valve closes automatically with no additional operations required.

Material & Process:
The outer layer is made of PP woven fabric, with fabric weight customized according to load requirements. The bag type is a square-bottom valve bag, with a square, three-dimensional bottom. The valve is of a sleeve type, integrally formed. Printing uses standard gravure printing, single-color, supporting custom text content.

Packaging Drop Test:
Under a 40kg load, after a 1.2m free fall test, the bag shows no rupture or leakage after six-sided drops.
