This product is a transparent flat-mouth woven bag made from high-clarity PP polypropylene woven fabric, with a semi-transparent body that allows the contents to be clearly visible. Transparent and visible design: 
This product is made from highly transparent PP woven fabric, giving the bag a semi-transparent appearance that allows for clear identification of the material type, color, particle morphology, and approximate quantity inside—without even opening the bag. During warehouse management and inventory counts, workers no longer need to search for labels or unpack items for verification, significantly boosting counting efficiency and reducing the risk of material mix-ups.

Standard  printing: 
Utilizing conventional gravure printing with single-color inks, the design is simple and clear. It can accommodate essential information such as brand name, product name, specifications and model, net content, production batch number, and warning labels. The print area is appropriately sized, ensuring that the transparency of the bag’s clear section remains fully visible.

Laminated Waterproof Upgraded Version: 
This product offers an optional laminated waterproof upgrade. A transparent PE film is applied to the surface of the clear woven fabric, creating a waterproof and moisture-resistant protective layer. After lamination, the bag remains fully transparent for easy visibility, while its waterproof performance is significantly enhanced.

The non-laminated version of woven fabric is inherently breathable, making it suitable for dry environments and applications that require air permeability. The laminated version reduces water vapor transmission by more than 90%, making it ideal for humid environments and applications that demand moisture resistance.

Flat-mouth design: 
Flat-pocket design with a smooth, well-defined pouch opening for easy opening and filling. Compatible with screw-fillers, gravity-fillers, and manual filling. After filling, the pouch can be sealed by sewing or heat sealing.

Tensile strength: 
Testing has confirmed that the tensile strength exceeds 550 newtons per 50 millimeters, enabling it to support materials weighing between 10 and 25 kilograms.

Packaging drop test: 
Under a 25 kg load condition, a 1.2-meter free fall test shows no breakage and no material leakage after six-sided drops.

Applicable filling method: 
Spiral filling machines, gravity filling machines, and manual filling.

Sealing method: 
Bag-sewing machines provide thread-seam sealing and heat-seal sealing (suitable for laminated versions).

Packaging specifications: 
The loading weight can be customized to 10 kg, 15 kg, 20 kg, or 25 kg. Bag dimensions are tailored to the specified loading weight. The bag style is a flat pouch.

Customization Scope:
