Moisture-proof and fresh-keeping 
The color-printed laminated layer provides basic moisture protection, with a water vapor barrier rate of 85% or higher. Optional thickened PE inner liners or aluminum foil barrier layers can boost the water vapor barrier rate to 95% or more, effectively preventing pet food from becoming damp, moldy, deteriorating, and losing its crisp texture.

Full-color brand printing

Maintain grain quality

Material and Craftsmanship: 
The outer layer features color printing with a laminated finish, offering full‑color graphics protected by a PE film for crisp, vibrant branding. The base material is PP woven polypropylene fabric, providing excellent tensile strength and puncture resistance. The inner layer can be customized with either a PE liner or an aluminum foil barrier. The bag style is a flat‑bottom M‑seam pouch with side gussets; when empty, it can be flattened, and once filled, it holds its shape. The bottom is heat‑sealed, leaving no needle holes and ensuring a completely airtight seal. The bag opening can be fitted with a resealable zipper, making it convenient for consumers to reuse.

Tensile strength: 
Testing has confirmed a tensile strength of at least 500 newtons per 50 millimeters, capable of supporting pet food weighing between 1 and 10 kilograms.

Under a 10-kg load condition, following a 1.2-meter free-fall test, the product remained intact and showed no leakage after being dropped from all six sides.

Sealing method: 
After factory filling, it can be sealed using heat sealing, with the PE liner film thermally bonded to create a fully sealed package that provides excellent moisture resistance and preserves freshness.
