Material and Craftsmanship:
The base material is woven fabric made of PP (polypropylene) or HDPE (high-density polyethylene), with a PE barrier film laminated on the inner layer (either as a laminated film or as a co-extruded liner). The bag style features an M-seam design (pasted woven bag) for three-dimensional shaping. The bottom can be constructed as a sewn bottom, a heat-sealed bottom, or an ultrasonically sealed bottom. Printing is carried out using 2- to 7-color rotogravure color printing with lamination, resulting in vibrant, abrasion-resistant graphics.
Sealing method:
After filling, options include ultrasonic sealing, heat-sealing of the inner pouch, bottom stitching, or folded-and-stitched bottom.
