Key features:
The valve opening is pre-formed, eliminating the need for manual bag support and reducing dust spillage by more than 90%. After filling, the valve seals automatically, obviating the need for additional sealing. The square-bottom design ensures stable stacking without tilting. A laminated outer film combined with an inner liner provides dual protection against moisture and leakage. Filling speed ranges from 6 to 15 seconds per bag, making it ideal for high-speed production lines.

Material and Craftsmanship:

The bag style is a square-bottom valve bag, with either a cuff-style or a flap-style valve. Printing is carried out using 2- to 7-color rotogravure color printing followed by lamination, resulting in vibrant, abrasion-resistant, and alkali-corrosion-resistant graphics.

Pre-formed valve mouth that automatically seals after filling, eliminating the need for additional sealing operations.
Applicable filling method:

Packaging drop test:
With a 50 kg load and a 1.2-meter free fall, the product remains intact and does not leak powder after being dropped on all six sides.

Solvent-resistant ink, compliant with building-material packaging labeling standards. 100% barcode/QR code scan rate.
Customization Scope:
Multi-color overprinting of the brand logo, product name, net content, implementation standards, application instructions, and mixing ratio recommendations. Warning labels (e.g., “Moisture-Resistant,” “Drop-Resistant”), barcodes, QR codes, metrology labels, and environmental recycling symbols may also be added.
