Material and Craftsmanship:
The base material is a woven fabric made of PP (polypropylene) or HDPE (high-density polyethylene), with a structure that combines a PP woven fabric layer and a PE barrier film—either laminated or co-extruded as an inner liner. Alternatively, a non-laminated perforated process can be selected to meet specific breathability requirements. The bag style is a flat pouch, with bottom options including sewn bottoms, heat-sealed bottoms, or ultrasonically sealed bottoms. Printing is carried out using 2- to 7-color gravure color printing with lamination, producing vibrant, abrasion-resistant graphics that are ideal for showcasing horticultural elements such as plants and flowers.
Sealing method:
After filling, sealing can be performed according to customer requirements using stitch-sealing, heat-sealing (requiring an inner bag), tie-sealing (suitable for small packages), or ultrasonic sealing.
Applicable filling method:
Compatible with screw fillers, impeller fillers, pneumatic fillers, gravity fillers, and manual filling (for semi-automatic or small-batch production lines).
Tensile strength:
Testing has confirmed that the tensile strength reaches ≥700 N/50 mm, fully meeting the requirements for stacking loads of 5 to 25 kg and for long-distance transportation.
Moisture resistance:
Laminated products exhibit a water vapor transmission rate reduction of more than 90%, effectively preventing organic clay from becoming damp, moldy, and harboring bacterial growth. If appropriate breathability is required, a non-laminated perforated process can be selected to balance leak-proof performance with air permeability.
Corrosion resistance grade:
It meets five-star standards and exhibits strong tolerance to humic acids, microorganisms, and various additives in organic soil.
Packaging drop test:
Under a 25 kg load condition, following a 1.2-meter free-fall test, the package remained intact and showed no leakage on all six drop faces.

Solvent-resistant inks are used, ensuring compliance with relevant labeling standards for horticultural packaging. Barcode and QR code scanning and recognition achieve a 100% success rate, supporting product traceability, access to usage guidelines, and anti-counterfeiting verification.

Supports multi-color overprinting, enabling the printing of brand logos, product names, applicable plant species, usage instructions, nutrition fact panels, planting guides, and other content. Optional additions include warning labels (e.g., “Do Not Eat,” “Keep Out of Reach of Children”), barcodes, QR codes, measurement markings (such as 5-liter, 10-liter, and 20-liter capacity scales or weight indicators), environmental recycling symbols, plant-care tips, and breathable laser-perforated holes.
