Material and Craftsmanship: 
The base material is a woven fabric made of PP (polypropylene) or HDPE (high-density polyethylene), with a composite structure consisting of a PP woven fabric laminated to a PE barrier film (either by lamination or co-extrusion lining). The bag style features an M-seam design (Pasted Woven Bag), which provides three-dimensional shaping to enhance pallet-stacking stability and aesthetic appeal. The bottom can be constructed as a sewn bottom, a heat-sealed bottom, or an ultrasonically sealed bottom. Printing is carried out using a 2- to 7-color rotogravure color printing process with lamination, resulting in vibrant, abrasion-resistant graphics that are also resistant to fertilizer corrosion.

Sealing method: 
After filling, the package can be sealed using ultrasonic sealing, heat-sealing of the inner pouch, bottom stitching, or folded-and-stitched bottom sealing, depending on the material and specific requirements.

Applicable filling method: 
Compatible with various high-speed filling equipment, including screw fillers, impeller fillers, air-flow fillers, gravity fillers, and trough-belt fillers.

Tensile strength: 
Testing has confirmed that the tensile strength reaches ≥700 N/50 mm, fully meeting the requirements for stacking loads of 25 to 50 kg and for long-distance transportation.

Moisture resistance: 
The water vapor transmission rate is reduced by more than 90% (due to the laminated film with an inner bag structure), effectively preventing fertilizer from becoming damp and caked and minimizing nutrient loss, thereby extending the shelf life to over six months.

Corrosion resistance grade: 
It meets five-star standards and exhibits strong resistance to acidic and alkaline components, salts, and various additives in fertilizers.

Packaging drop test: 
Under a 50 kg load condition, following a 1.2-meter free-fall test, the product remained intact and showed no leakage on all six drop faces.

Printing standards: 
Solvent-resistant ink is used, providing excellent corrosion resistance. Barcode and QR code scanning achieves a 100% recognition rate, supporting product traceability and anti-counterfeiting verification.

Customization Scope: 
Supports multi-color overprinting, enabling the printing of brand logos, product names, nutrient content tables, usage instructions, fertilization recommendations, and other information. Warning labels (such as “Moisture-Proof,” “Sunlight-Resistant,” and “Do Not Store with Seeds”) can also be added, along with barcodes, QR codes, measurement markings (e.g., 25 kg, 40 kg, and 50 kg scale lines), environmental recycling symbols, and SKULL hazard symbols (for nitrate-based fertilizers), among others.
