Material and Craftsmanship:
The base material consists of a woven fabric made from PP (polypropylene) or HDPE (high-density polyethylene), laminated on the exterior with food-grade kraft paper and on the interior with a PE barrier film, creating a three-layer composite structure of “kraft paper + woven fabric + PE film.” The bag style is a flat pouch, with optional bottom configurations: sewn bottom (with liner paper), heat-sealed bottom, or ultrasonically sealed bottom. Printing is carried out using 2- to 7-color rotogravure color printing with lamination, resulting in exquisite graphics and a natural texture imparted by the kraft paper base.
Sealing method:
After filling, optional sealing methods include stitch-sealing lines, heat-sealing (requiring an inner bag), ultrasonic sealing, or tie-sealing.
Applicable filling method:
Compatible with screw fillers, impeller fillers, pneumatic fillers, gravity fillers, and manual filling.
Tensile strength:
≥700 N/50 mm (30% above the national standard), suitable for stacking and transporting loads ranging from 5 to 20 kg.
Food-grade materials:
Both the kraft paper and the PE inner liner are made from food-grade materials and are safe for direct contact with pet food.
Moisture resistance:
Water vapor transmission is reduced by more than 90%, effectively preventing dog food from becoming damp, moldy, spoiled, or infested with pests, with a shelf life of over 12 months.
