Material and Craftsmanship:
The base material is woven PP (polypropylene) or HDPE (high-density polyethylene) fabric, with no laminated coating (standard woven fabric). The bag style is a flat pouch, with either sewn bottom or heat-sealed bottom options. Printing is carried out using 2- to 7-color rotogravure color printing, resulting in vibrant, abrasion-resistant graphics.
Sealing method:
After filling, the product can be sealed either by a sewing machine line or by tying.
Applicable filling method:
Suitable for screw fillers, impeller fillers, gravity fillers, and manual filling.
Tensile strength:
≥600 N/50 mm (compliant with national standards), suitable for stacking and transportation under loads of 25 to 50 kg.
Moisture resistance:
Without a laminating layer, moisture resistance is moderate; recommended for short-term storage or dry environments.
Corrosion resistance grade:
★★★★ (Demonstrates a certain degree of tolerance to the acidic and alkaline components and salts in fertilizers.)
Packaging drop test:
With a 50 kg load and a 1.2-meter free fall, the package remains intact—no cracks or leaks on any of its six sides.
Printing Standards:
Standard solvent-based ink, compliant with the Fertilizer Packaging Labeling Standard (GB 18382). Barcode/QR code scan rate: 100%.
Customization Scope:
Multi-color overprinting of the brand logo, product name, nutrient content (N-P-K), instructions for use, and fertilization recommendations. Warning labels (“Moisture-proof,” “Sun-resistant”), barcodes, QR codes, and metrological markings may also be added.

For long-term storage or use in high-humidity conditions, coated woven bags are advised. Designed with cost efficiency as the primary principle, this product is ideal for large-volume, low-cost packaging applications.
